Standardize work processes and ensure strict adherence to quality protocols across all assembly lines. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical manufacturing. At least 2 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in a production setting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software for reporting and data management. Demonstrated commitment to industrial safety protocols and hazard mitigation. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Technical certifications in electrical or mechanical systems. Experience with wind energy, automotive, or heavy industrial assembly. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or German.
