About the Role We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Alsip, IL bakery. As a Production Supervisor, you will be accountable for leading production line operations, driving team performance, and ensuring efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across all production activities. • 75,000 Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing) Lead daily production line operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time output Supervise, schedule, and allocate team resources to meet production goals Analyze production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives Prepare and manage production reports, metrics, and data tracking Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions to improve safety and processes Collaborate with maintenance and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues Coach, train, and evaluate team members to drive engagement and performance Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) Associate or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) 3-4 years of manufacturing experience Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a production environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze data and recommend process improvements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience working with ERP systems (e.
