06/26/2026 Job Description Job Description We're looking for a strong leader to join our team as a CNC Supervisor. This role is less about having every technical answer on day one-and more about leading people well, driving accountability, and building a high-performing team. As the CNC Supervisor, you will partner with operations leadership to deliver production excellence, uphold premium quality standards, and create a positive, values-driven work environment. You'll oversee daily machining operations in our high-end custom cabinet manufacturing environment, ensuring every component reflects craftsmanship, precision, and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop CNC team members to meet production goals Provide daily direction, feedback, and performance management Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Oversee CNC setup, programming, and operations for accuracy and efficiency Review programs, toolpaths, and nesting; troubleshoot issues as needed Optimize machine performance, tooling, and coordinate maintenance Manage workflow to meet production schedules and customer deadlines Collaborate with production, design, and engineering teams Monitor output and adjust resources to maintain efficiency Ensure all parts meet quality standards and specifications Identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions Minimize waste through efficient material usage and nesting Support inventory management and process improvements Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment Communicate production, quality, and resource needs to leadership What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset Problem-solver who can think critically and drive results Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Bonus (not required): CNC machining, programming, or manufacturing experience Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or custom manufacturing Why Join Us Be part of a team that values craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement Opportunity to lead and shape a growing team A culture that prioritizes people, character, and long-term development Hands-on leadership role with real impact on operations and outcomes We believe skills can be taught-but leadership, integrity, and mindset are what truly drive success.
