They will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production, shipping, maintenance to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Responsibilities and Duties Handle production to meet daily shipping requirements. Handle maintenance of equipment to include, baler, shredder, forklifts bobcats. Monitor employee workforce. Commit to plant safety procedures Maintain plant equipent and machinery. Qualifications and Skills Proven work experience as a floor supervisor Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise Mechanical background, having the ability to trouble shoot and repair equipment Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes Computer literacy Ability to create accountability and to lead by example Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
