Masis Professional Group is assisting our manufacturing client in searching for a Bilingual Production Supervisor in Leominster MA . This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and prefers a condensed 3-4 day work week. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader who can supervise production employees, communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, and keep operations running smoothly during overnight production hours.
Pay Range:
$70,000 to $80,000 (+10% shift differential), based on experience + excellent benefits
Schedule:
Sun-Tues 7pm-7am, Wed 7pm-1am
Responsibilities:
Supervise production employees and temporary staff during overnight operations Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met Monitor productivity, staffing levels, and machine performance Assign work and coordinate staffing based on production needs Troubleshoot production and workflow issues in real time Enforce safety procedures, GMP standards, and company policies Conduct shift hand-offs and communicate updates with management Support employee training, cross-training, and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment Experience working with production schedules, staffing coordination, and safety standards #MPGLI Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
