West Bridgewater, MA Job Details 14 hours ago Qualifications Forklift Certification Team leadership Lift truck Managing production or assembly teams Leading team collaboration initiatives Full Job Description Qualifications required: Supervisory experience is a plus Forklift license Good communication and organizational skills Ability to be a valuable team leader Attention to detail Quality oriented Organized and thorough Willingness to be a team player Some computer skills helpful Essential functions and responsibilities: Oversee all cell employees Oversee production flow of the cell Oversee quality of Cell Machines Oversee overall machine Quality Issue all material to shop orders i.e. pouches, straws Prepare shop orders to be closed Supports process as needed Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to Quality and the production supervisor Assist supervisor with all IFS Transactions Communicate quality issues to all necessary personnel and what will be done with product. Training of all new operators and temporary employees and document all training provided. Complete all necessary production paperwork Scan all production paperwork into shop orders Participate in Continuous Improvement activities Report any potential food safety, quality or food defense concerns to the supervisor or quality personnel Follow all documented G ood M anufacturing P ractices Maintain product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality systems Must Follow All Company Policies and Procedures This is a Safety Sensitive Position (drug test may be required) Non-essential skills and experience: Other duties as required Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
