Up to $115,000 + Full Benefits + Relocation Assistance We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established lumber manufacturer for an experienced Production Manager to lead sawmill operations at its facility in Jackman, Maine. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the sawmill. You'll lead supervisors and production employees, drive a strong safety culture, improve operational performance, and ensure production, quality and recovery targets are consistently achieved. Manage and develop supervisors and production teams. Monitor production performance, recovery and throughput. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime. Work closely with maintenance to optimise equipment reliability. Ensure quality standards and production targets are achieved. Promote a positive, accountable and safety-focused working environment. Requirements Previous leadership experience within a sawmill or lumber manufacturing operation. Experience as a Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Sawmill Supervisor or similar.
