Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a crew of laborers in completing site preparation projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can direct daily operations, coordinate work assignments, and ensure projects are completed according to company and client expectations. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of laborers on site preparation projects. Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Oversee site preparation activities, including clearing, grading assistance, material handling, and general labor. Monitor productivity and maintain quality standards throughout the project. Ensure all crew members follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Communicate with project managers regarding job progress, materials, and equipment needs. Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability. Conduct daily safety meetings and identify potential job site hazards. Inspect work areas to ensure projects are completed correctly and on schedule. Operate equipment when necessary and assist the crew with physical labor as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a Foreman, Crew Leader, or Construction Supervisor. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with site preparation, construction, excavation, or general labor projects. Ability to read and interpret project plans and communicate expectations to the crew. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
