2nd Shift Production Supervisor Chanhassen, MN, United States (On-site) Be the First to Apply Apply Now Job Description If you are a Production Supervisor professional looking to grow your leadership career, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based at our Chanhassen, MN facility, this second-shift position (Monday-Thursday, 3:00PM - 1:30AM) offers the chance to develop your supervisory expertise. In this role, you will oversee assigned production areas and help drive success in safety, quality, continuous improvement, productivity, training, cost management, and employee engagement, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Ensuring a safe and compliant workplace by maintaining standards and consistently enforcing company policies. Planning and overseeing daily operations, assigning work, rotating tasks, and monitoring progress to meet production goals. Driving accountability by setting clear expectations for schedule, quality, and safety, and tracking results. Supporting staffing needs by participating in interviews and recommending candidates for open positions. Communicating regularly with your team about business goals, performance, and company updates, while fostering open dialogue. Coaching and mentoring employees, providing challenging assignments and regular development discussions to encourage career growth. Managing employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive, respectful workplace culture.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree Minimum 4 years of related supervisory experience Legal authorization to work in the United States Ability to work 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday, 3:00PM - 1:30AM)

Our compensation philosophy is simple:
we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process.
