is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead shift operations in our screen manufacturing plant. This role oversees daily production, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output targets are met. You will schedule work, assign tasks, and coach production teams while enforcing OSHA and company safety standards. The supervisor monitors KPIs, troubleshoots bottlenecks, and partners with maintenance and quality to minimize downtime and defects. You will drive 5S and continuous improvement, support training of new employees, and help maintain a reliable, efficient, and customer-focused operation. Responsibilities Supervise daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and output goals Plan and assign work schedules, balancing labor and machine capacity Enforce OSHA and company safety policies and lead a strong safety culture Monitor production KPIs, identify issues, and correct variances in real time Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to reduce downtime and defects Implement and sustain 5 S and continuous improvement initiatives Train, coach, and evaluate production staff, providing regular feedback Ensure accurate reporting of production data and shift handoff communication Support onboarding of new employees and cross-training of current staff Maintain housekeeping and equipment standards in all production areas Required Skills Production scheduling Team leadership Lean manufacturing Quality control Safety management Root cause analysis KPIs & performance tracking Mechanical aptitude ERP/MRP or shop floor systems Microsoft Office
