About Us Fiero Group is a growing manufacturer and distributor of commercial pizza ovens and foodservice equipment. At our Brewster, NY facility we assemble, modify, test, and ship wood-fired, gas, and electric ovens for restaurants and pizzerias across North America. We're a hands-on, family-run company that takes pride that the ovens we build end up in some of the best pizzerias in the country and world. The Role We're hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on our shop floor: oven assembly, modification and customization work, quality control, crating, and shipping. You'll run the production schedule, lead and develop a small team, and work with your hands alongside them. This is a working supervisor role that requires roughly half leadership, half hands-on - reporting directly to company ownership. What You'll Do Run the daily and weekly production schedule: assign work, set priorities, and keep builds on track to ship dates Lead, train, and develop the production and warehouse team Perform and oversee oven assembly, gas and electrical component installation, and custom modification work Own quality control: inspect incoming components, verify builds against specs, and sign off before crating Oversee crating, palletizing, and freight-ready packaging of large equipment Maintain a safe, clean, organized shop; enforce safety practices and keep tools and equipment in working order Coordinate with purchasing on material availability and flag shortages early Track production status and communicate schedule risks to management Pitch in on receiving, inventory counts, and warehouse organization as needed What We're Looking For 3+ years in manufacturing, fabrication, equipment assembly, or a skilled trade, with at least 1 year leading a team or crew Strong mechanical aptitude: comfortable with hand and power tools, reading assembly drawings, and troubleshooting Experience with any of the following is a plus: gas appliances or burners, electrical wiring, sheet metal work, welding, HVAC/R, forklift operation Organized and reliable; you keep a schedule, keep a clean shop, and hold a team to a standard Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet; comfortable operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification a plus, but we can train) Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, on-site at our Brewster, NY facility (no night shifts or unreliable scheduling) Reports to: Company ownership/management team

Pay:

$28.37 - $45.00 per hour
