full-time Asset & Shop Coordinator, Fredonia. Asset & Shop Coordinator We are an established electrical contractor looking for a dependable, organized Asset & Shop Coordinator to manage our company tool inventory and tool room at our Fredonia shop. This is a hands-on, shop-based position supporting our field crews by keeping tools organized, maintained, accounted for, and ready for job sites.

Responsibilities include:

Check tools and equipment in and out using a computerized tracking system. Prepare tool requests for foremen and field crews. Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on returned tools. Keep the tool room clean, organized, and accurate. Track missing, overdue, damaged, or unsafe tools. Assist with tool replacement, purchasing recommendations, and general shop organization.

Qualifications:

Construction, electrical, shop, warehouse, or tool experience preferred, but not required. Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience is preferred. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Dependable and able to work independently. Comfortable communicating with foremen and field employees. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Valid drivers license required. We are willing to train the right person. The best candidate will be meticulous, organized, comfortable around tools, and ready to take ownership of the company's tool inventory instead of simply checking tools in and out.

Compensation and Benefits:

$18-$21/hour negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. We offer health care and dental benefits, along with a 401(k) option for eligible employees.
