What You'll Do Install HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Measure, cut, assemble, and install duct systems Verify proper fit, alignment, and system performance Work with other trades to keep projects on schedule Maintain a safe and organized job site What You Bring ✅ 5+ years of sheet metal installation experience ✅ Commercial HVAC ductwork experience ✅ Strong blueprint reading skills ✅ OSHA 30 Certification ✅ SST Certification ✅ Knowledge of construction site safety practices ✅ Ability to use hand and power tools safely Bonus Qualifications Fabrication shop experience Mechanical or HVAC construction background Leadership experience on commercial job sites Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
