AB_5028476 We are looking for an experienced and hands-on 3rd Shift Production Manager to lead our overnight production team and ensure our product are produced safely, efficiently, and to our high-quality standards. If interested please call Chris at 631-784-3161 or email chris.caiozzo@randstadusa.com. salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year shift: First work hours: 11 PM - 7 AM education: High School Responsibilities Lead and supervise 3rd shift production operations, ensuring daily production goals are met. Manage, coach, and develop production employees while fostering a positive, accountable team environment. Monitor production schedules, staffing, workflow, and productivity. Ensure all products meet Tate's quality, consistency, and food-safety standards. Maintain compliance with company policies, GMPs, HACCP requirements, and applicable food-safety regulations. Troubleshoot production issues and work closely with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve problems quickly. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance needs to minimize downtime. Review production reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper sanitation, organization, and housekeeping throughout the production facility. Train team members on safety, quality, production procedures, and company expectations. Communicate shift performance, issues, and priorities effectively to leadership and incoming/outgoing shifts.
