On offer is a pivotal role where you will initially lead a team of five welders, with the opportunity to grow the department to more than 10 employees. You will lay out projects from start to finish and work closely with the engineering department. The Role:

Lead and develop a welding team, growing it from five to more than 10 employees. Complete welding and fabrication projects from initial layout through to completion. Work closely with engineering to meet safety, quality and production targets.

The Person:

Strong welding and fabrication experience, ideally within an automotive environment. Previous supervisory, team lead or leadership experience. Able to read blueprints and lay out projects from start to finish.
