Trece Manufacturing Leads including full and part time manufacturing employees. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the PVC Plant, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role involves supervising a team of 10-12 employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

POSITION DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

Review, optimize and measure Trece's safety and regulatory program to ensure outstanding operating and facility safety and regulatory compliance that meets or exceeds

OSHA, EPA

standards as well as other agencies as they apply. Supervise and lead a team of 10-12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Plan and organize workflow to meet production targets and deadlines. Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and resolve operational issues. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback, coaching, and disciplinary action, as necessary. Maintain accurate records and reports related to production, inventory, and employee performance. Adopt a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and employee engagement. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides input and assistance with R&D and project activities, where the plant plays a role. Provides input to management team at the decision of the General Manager. Assists the Plant and Materials Managers in the maintenance and management of Trece's inventory. At least 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and other relevant software applications. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed.

POSITION AUTHORITY

Supervises Leads and part time members of the Trece manufacturing work force in all departments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Williningness to work in a fast-paced environmnet.

JOB INTERFACE

This role involves collaborating with the Assistant Plant Manger, Plant Manager, General Manager, Leads, and the manufacturing workforce, as well as interacting with various departments within Trece as needed. It also entails liaising with external resources, such as electricians, plumbers, technicians, and selected vendors.

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
