We're looking for a Mill Technician to join our Flour Mill team and learn the milling process from the ground up. What You'll Be Doing As a Mill Technician, you'll help keep our flour mill operating safely, efficiently, and cleanly by: Assisting with daily flour milling operations Cleaning production floors, stairwells, and work areas throughout the mill Cleaning structural ledges, overhead areas, and equipment to maintain food safety standards Maintaining power rooms, restrooms, and common areas Collecting and removing trash throughout the facility Supporting the milling team with a variety of operational tasks Following all safety, sanitation, and food quality procedures Every task you perform helps ensure our mill operates safely, efficiently, and produces high-quality products. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Reliable and takes pride in their work Safety-minded and dependable Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment Willing to learn new skills and grow into a skilled milling role Comfortable climbing stairs and being on their feet throughout the shift Able to work around wheat products and flour dust No milling experience?
