Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Responsible for daily supervision of a maximum of 15 clients during work hours, excluding lunchtime.
  • Maintain a good attendance record.
  • Assist clients in skill development and implementation of work goals that are specified in the individual assessments.
  • Attend ISP Update Meetings.
  • Supply clients with materials and fixtures as appropriate in a timely manner.
  • Maintains a well-organized, clean and safe work station.
  • Responsible for the implementation of all Quality Control procedures.
  • Responsible for the organization and productivity for his/her assigned work station.
  • Maintains accurate records for client attendance and production via table slips and computer data.
