No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Oversee daily shop workflow, ensuring productivity, quality control, and workplace safety. Set up and operate sheet metal machinery, including shears, press brakes, and CNC punches. Perform precision TIG welding on light-gauge stainless steel and other metals. Read engineering drawings, layout jobs, and fabricate custom industrial equipment from start to finish. Mentor and direct shop personnel while managing project timelines.
