To learn more, visit our website: www.guardianbooth.com About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic individual to join our team as a Construction Production Supervisor/Foreman based out of our corporate office in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our operations team, this role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the construction floor, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. The supervisor will coordinate and lead production teams, monitor workflow, and resolve any issues that may impact schedules or output. This position requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability. Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations on the construction floor to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Supervise and coordinate activities of construction crews, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to plans and specifications Ensure that all team members follow safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to align production schedules and resolve any issues impacting progress Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and construction drawings Monitor material usage, inventory levels, and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of required materials Track labor and equipment utilization to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime Maintain accurate production records, daily reports, and time logs for labor and materials Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed Communicate effectively with leadership and other stakeholders on production status, delays, or concerns Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards Perform other related duties as assigned The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in construction management, industrial engineering, operations, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on supervisory experience in a construction or production environment At least 3-5 years of experience leading or coordinating teams in a construction or manufacturing setting Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously Proven ability to supervise crews, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive production efficiency Clear and professional communication skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues on the floor, and implement practical solutions A proactive, safety-first, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and coach team members Alignment with all of Guardian Booth's company values
