Tuesday
  • Friday | 9:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM
  • Some Saturday shifts required on rotation.
Holliston is seeking an experienced, hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Supervise and support production employees to ensure safe, efficient operations. Lead by example in promoting a positive work environment.. Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are met. Communicate effectively with production, maintenance, quality, planning, and management teams. Build positive working relationships while administering the collective bargaining agreement fairly and consistently. Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable for performance and attendance. Investigate production issues. Complete production reports, shift documentation, and other required administrative tasks accurately and on time. Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to minimize downtime. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. Qualifications Required experience supervising employees in a union manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office and Google suite. Ability to lead with fairness, consistency, and professionalism. Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player across all departments. Willingness to be visible on the production floor and actively support employees throughout the shift. This role is vital in ensuring that production processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. As a key leader on the floor, you will oversee daily activities, manage teams, and implement continuous process improvements to optimize productivity and safety. Qualifications Proven experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Experience managing production or assembly teams in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing facilities, including heavy lifting techniques and manual handling procedures.
Pay:
$55,000.00
  • $60,000.
