As a Production Supervisor , you will supervise production employees and assign work to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. This is a night shift role with a 5PM-3:30AM schedule. Job Duties:

Oversee safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while implementing plans to meet targets Supervise daily production on the floor as well as administrative and project tasks Utilize MS Office applications, Shop Floor Manager, and OBMS to execute daily responsibilities Monitor safety compliance, including PPE adherence, safety policy adherence, and safety audits Conduct root cause analysis in partnership with quality department on defects Understand staffing needs, review nominal headcount, and interview for open roles

Qualifications:
