2992011504-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Sazerac Company seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead spirits production operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will oversee shift teams, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across bottling and packaging lines. Responsibilities include scheduling, workflow coordination, meeting volume and cost targets, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards. You will coach and develop operators, troubleshoot equipment or process issues, partner with maintenance and quality, and champion a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance. Responsibilities Supervise daily spirits production, bottling, and packaging activities to meet safety, quality, and volume targets Schedule, assign, and monitor work for shift operators to optimize throughput and minimize downtime Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including OSHA and TTB requirements Coach, train, and develop production team members; provide feedback and performance input Drive continuous improvement using lean tools to reduce waste, improve yield, and lower costs Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, scrap, and on-time delivery Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices on the production floor Support cross-functional initiatives with operations, supply chain, and quality to improve plant performance Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and safe work practices among all team members Required Skills Production planning Lean manufacturing Continuous improvement Safety and OSHA compliance Quality control Line balancing and throughput optimization Root cause analysis Team leadership Regulatory compliance (TTB, FDA) ERP/manufacturing systems
