Job Summary The Machining Supervisor is responsible for leading safe, high-quality, and efficient operations across assigned Machining/Welding areas. This position provides direct leadership to Team Leaders and Team Members while ensuring production requirements, workplace rules, standardized work, quality standards, and company policies are consistently followed. Main Duties/Responsibilities Lead daily Machining operations, including production, staffing, safety, quality, productivity, and Team Member support. Ensure equipment, tooling, inspection equipment, and production pre-conditions are available and maintained to support production requirements. Monitor production performance and respond to safety, quality, equipment, or productivity concerns. Ensure standardized work, workplace rules, operating standards, and production requirements are consistently followed. Lead the training, coaching, development, and performance of Machining Team Leaders and Team Members. Support preventive maintenance, calibration, equipment management, and continuous improvement activities. Manage staffing, attendance, timekeeping, and other daily administrative responsibilities for assigned Team Members. Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and overall department performance. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge , Skills, and Abilities Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage production priorities, staffing, and changing operational needs. Understanding of standardized work, continuous improvement, and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of machining equipment, CNC machining, measuring instruments, and six-axis robotics preferred. Basic computer and mathematical skills. Strong focus on safety, quality, Team Member development, and accountability. Qualifications ,
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED Required. Machining, machine shop, CNC machining, or related experience preferred. Minimum three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum one (1) year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment OR equivalent demonstrated leadership readiness through AISIN progression. Must be in Good Standing.

Attendance/Work Hour Requirements Must maintain an acceptable attendance record. Must be willing and available to work weekends and holidays as necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
