Plant Processing Supervisor (Day Shift)

Job Summary:

The Plant Processing Supervisor leads daily plant operations from the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. This is a hands-on, high-energy leadership role responsible for supervising staff, coordinating production, and maintaining compliance. Looking for a reliable Feed Mill technician to work at our Roy Feed mill facility. We have an immediate opening for a full time worker. This position requires a current and valid driver's license required with clean abstract. Must be comfortable working at heights to 150'. Will lift up to 60lbs regularly and on a daily basis. Day shift hours. Loads and unloads trailers, using a forklift or pallet jack. Welding Experience a plus, not required. Takes inventory and orders supplies as needed. Ensures corrective and regular maintenance is completed on the goat, tractor, and trailers. General cleaning in the feed mill (pressure washing grounds and silos and structures) Filling micros and totes Will lift up to 60lbs regularly and daily Performing minor maintenance (greasing, cleaning load cells, cleaning filters) Fill out paper work for tasks completed with cleaning and maintenance. Be trained to operate mill and produce and release loads for feed. Loading trucks Will lift up to 60lbs regularly on a daily basis. Work day and late evening shifts, weekends and holidays Operate forklift on a daily basis Climb ladders and withstand heights Walk on catwalks and on top of trucks Constantly bend, lift up to 60 lbs., stand, and walk Work in dusty environments Performs other duties as assigned.
