Test Montreal, QC, Canada As a Production Supervisor
Test, you will lead all manufacturing activities within your scope.
You will be fully responsible for meeting current and future customer requirements regarding quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness for the relevant product family throughout its life cycle. You will also ensure that all activities necessary for validating the "Gate 4" stage are completed on time and to the required quality level. This includes engine testing, shipping operations, as well as minor repair and certification requirements. Additionally, you will manage the activities of the Electrical department and support the activities of the Development department. Please note that this position will cover the evening shift (2pm to 10pm). Key Accountabilities:
Deliver products/services committed to the customers at the right time, cost, quality, and responsiveness to support their plans.
Ensure compliance with Company Health, Safety, and Environment policy.
Master the technical and regulatory aspects related to their area of responsibility.
Utilize standard tools, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and processes to ensure that committed goals and improvements are achieved while ensuring budget management (Quality Management System, Rolls-Royce Production System, etc.).
Ensure that staff are adequately trained and supervised to effectively perform their roles and ensure their development for future needs using the company's standard processes and tools (Professional Development Frameworks, MyLearning, etc.).
Foster an environment conducive to continuous improvement and employee engagement, emphasizing sharing and seeking best practices with other departments as well as with internal and external networks. Basic Requirements
Bilingual in French/English (written and spoken)
College diploma (DEC) and more than 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry, OR more than 9 years of experience in the aerospace industry
Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada Preferred Requirements
Possesses a global view of the company and varied experience facing different challenges, cultures, and working methods
Understanding or knowledge of production and supply chain planning/control, demonstrating extensive experience and the ability to implement (quickly) changes impacting teams
Proven track record in improving production performance, both in favorable and unfavorable conditions, relying on multidisciplinary teams
Led transformation projects and masters continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean (a Green Belt or Black Belt certification would be an asset)
Management experience in the high-tech engineering sector (asset)
Higher education and participation in leadership development programs
RRPS leadership certification (expected within the first 12 months)
Previous experience leading teams in a production environment (ideally: production engineering, operations, supply chain planning and control) Pioneer of next-generation innovation.

Production Team Leader
Test Montreal, QC, Canada As a Production Team Leader
Test, you will lead all aspects of manufacturing activity within the area of responsibility, with full accountability for ensuring that agreed current and future customer quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements are met for the designated commodity throughout the product life cycle.
You will also ensure all activities required to satisfy Gate 4 are completed as per schedule in line with the required level of quality. This includes the Engine Test, Dispatch, minor repair & certification requirements. Additionally, you will manage the activity in the Electrical department and support the activity in the Development department.
