Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, or assist with machinery used to manufacture specialized corrugated boxes and packaging materials. Assemble, fold, and glue custom structural packaging components according to strict customer specifications. Perform routine quality checks to ensure dimensions, cuts, and seals meet high-quality standards. Safely stack, bundle, and palletize finished products for shipping. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
Working hours:
6:00 AM - 2:00
PM Skills:
Packaging/Manufacturing Experience:
Previous experience working with corrugated material, box manufacturing, or a fast-paced production line (though we are fully willing to train the right candidate!).
Basic Measurement Skills:
Ability to read a tape measure or use basic tools to verify box dimensions and tolerances.
Machine Operation:
Experience operating or feeding materials into manufacturing machinery (such as slotters, die cutters, folders, or gluers)
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Hand-Eye Coordination & Dexterity:
Ability to perform repetitive hand/arm movements quickly and accurately for box assembly and material handling.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for the duration of a shift, bend, reach, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs. Attention to

Ability to follow exact manufacturing specifications so that finished boxes meet precise dimensions.
Reliability:
A strong work ethic with a proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality for First Shift.
