Responsibilities:
The Precision Meso‑scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision‑machined components that power Keysight's industry‑leading electronic measurement equipment. In this role, you will support Cleaning/Sort/Deburr, and other Hand Operations as needed. Through on‑the‑job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and production tasks under a microscope. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for success in this position. Keysight seeks a self‑motivated, organized, detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and values teamwork.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School diploma Ability to read and converse in English Strong manual dexterity Microscopic inspection Part deburring, cleaning, and handling Opcenter transactions and data entry Small parts packaging Material Coordination Cleaning chemical handling
Highly Desired Experience:
