Full-Time About the Position We are looking for a Production Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for coordinating production paperwork, inventory transactions, work orders, employee timekeeping, shipping, and communication between departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and able to keep multiple priorities moving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Process daily inventory transactions accurately and on time Create and maintain work order, drawing, and production packets Prepare packing slips, wire labels, and terminal markers for production orders Enter and verify employee time and labor information Follow up on work orders and coordinate with Purchasing to help expedite shipments Work closely with Production and Spares teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule Review inventory and production discrepancies and verify part counts Maintain accurate work order and employee tracking information Use an ERP system daily to support production and inventory activities Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat regularly Maintain appropriate levels of safety and workplace supplies Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, inventory, operations, or production support Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with an ERP system such as Epicor is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a high level of integrity College degree or equivalent experience preferred Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently Why Apply? $20.00-$22.00 per hour Full-time opportunity Work in a professional manufacturing environment Opportunity to grow your skills in production coordination, inventory, and operations Play an important role in keeping production running smoothly COM012 If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy being the person who keeps things moving, we'd love to hear from you!
