Maho Apparel is a busy, fast-growing apparel and promotional products company specializing in high-end custom apparel, embroidery, laser engraving, and print services. We are seeking a detail-oriented Full-Time Production Assistant to join our production team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where precision and quality are critical.

Monday-Friday (some weeks may be less hours, depends on production schedule) Typical hours: 8-hour shifts Position Overview The Production Assistant plays a key role in daily production, operating commercial apparel decoration equipment and ensuring finished products meet our quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow processes exactly, and comfort working efficiently under daily production deadlines. We provide training on all equipment. Equipment & Processes You Will Learn Commercial Heat Press Operation Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printing Sublimation Printing Commercial Embroidery Machine Operation Key Responsibilities Apply graphics to apparel using commercial production equipment Operate embroidery and print equipment accurately and consistently Inspect finished products and identify defects or inconsistencies Troubleshoot production issues by following established procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production workspace Communicate quality or production concerns to management Requirements High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment Strong organizational skills and ability to follow shop standards Problem-solving ability and willingness to follow defined workflows Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual attendance Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Smoke, vape, drug and alcohol-free workplace and property.
