is an established New York-based apparel company with offices in New York, Florida, and Asia. We design, develop, source, and produce men's, women's, and kids' apparel for major U.S. retailers. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Office & Production Assistant to join our West Palm Beach team. This is a hands-on support position working closely with our Production team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable supporting both production and general office needs. Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing packages, including preparation of shipping labels Cut, label, and organize fabric swatches, samples, and production materials Update and maintain Excel worksheets and production information Assist the Production team with day-to-day coordination and follow-up Maintain organized files, records, and work areas Assist with general office and administrative duties Support additional projects and office needs as required Qualifications Highly organized with strong attention to detail Dependable, hardworking, and proactive Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office programs Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable performing both administrative and hands-on tasks Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team This is a full-time, on-site position based in our West Palm Beach, Florida office.
