Job Description

Cozy Bowl Noodles is a small-batch, breadfruit-flour noodle maker based on Kauai, and we're looking for our first kitchen production hire as we grow. What you'll do: Produce our noodles following documented recipes and processes (full training provided — we have a detailed process binder to work from) Maintain quality and consistency batch to batch Follow food-safety and cleanliness standards in our production space Help with packaging and prepping orders for local stores and online customers What we're looking for: Comfortable and confident working in a kitchen (commercial kitchen, restaurant, or catering experience a plus, but not required if you're a fast learner) Detail-oriented — able to follow a documented process precisely and flag when something seems off Reliable and able to commit to a consistent schedule

Pay:

$22.84 - $27.51 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 24.0 per week
