Job Description
Precision of New Hampton is actively recruiting motivated individuals from Puerto Rico to join our remanufacturing team in the safe, welcoming rural community of New Hampton, Iowa . This is a full-time production role with comprehensive relocation support for individuals only (no families at this time). Position Summary As a Production Associate , you will play a key role in our remanufacturing operations. You will work on the production floor performing hands-on tasks to disassemble, inspect, refurbish, and reassemble products to high-quality standards. Full training is provided — no prior experience is required. Key Responsibilities Perform assembly, disassembly, cleaning, and testing of remanufactured components Operate production equipment and machinery safely Conduct quality inspections and follow standardized work procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards) Meet daily production targets as part of a team Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental policies Qualifications Ability to work on your feet all day. Reliable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Basic English skills required; Must be willing and able to relocate individually to New Hampton, Iowa Authorization to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay : Expect to earn minimum of $50,000 per year . With options to earn more, depending on your skills and role.
