• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Receive, move, and organize materials and finished products
• Prepare and package items for shipment
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Other duties as necessary — flexibility is key in a small company As Kooima Ag is a growing company of approximately 45 employees, job duties may be variable. Team members must be able to operate independently, think proactively, and adapt to changing production needs. Qualifications
