Manufacturing Data Entry Specialist This is an on-site Data Entry role based in Parma, ID, supporting a major software transition to SAP and involves a mix of desk and floor work in a manufacturing environment. Manufacturing Data Entry Specialist Details:

Contract position $22.50 to $24.50 /hour First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm) Perform accurate and high-volume data entry into SAP and other ERP/MRP systems Support system migration efforts by registering, reviewing, and updating data across manufacturing operations Utilize warehouse management systems, including barcode scanning, tablet input, and electronic tracking Collaborate with team members to support floor operations as needed (starting at approx. 20% floor presence, may increase to 40%) Assist with training of personnel on new processes and system usage Identify and resolve data-related issues using problem-solving skills Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) to manage and report on data sets

Manufacturing Data Entry Specialist Qualifications:

Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Experience with SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems strongly preferred Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations Familiarity with warehouse management tools such as barcode scanning and tablet-based entry Ability to support and potentially train personnel on system processes Strong problem-solving and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Applicant may be subject to a background check A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
