We are looking for dependable Production Associates to join a busy manufacturing facility in Earlville, IL. This opportunity offers long hours, steady work, and overtime for individuals who enjoy staying active in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Load and unload grain Package finished products for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety regulations and company policies Assist team members in meeting daily production goals

Qualifications & Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Reliable attendance and transportation Ability to work overtime and Saturdays Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
