Our production methods include screen printing, DTG printing, embroidery, and heat transfers. Any prior experience in custom apparel production/finishing is a plus, but we are also willing to train a hard-working person who can quickly learn. This person will also need to be able to follow exact instructions and retain information, with the ability to do these tasks with little supervision. This position may also be occasionally assigned work with our warehouse team.

Responsibilities:

Learn each production process from start to finish, completing these different processes using our policies and procedures. Assist with all production processes including; Screen printing (maintaining screens, operating the automatic press, finishing product), Heat Transfers (operating vinyl cutter, weeding, applying vinyl), Embroidery (setup to completion), Direct to Garment Printing (garment prep, operating equipment, finishing product). Having the ability to do these tasks with speed and accuracy is very important. Setup and tear down assigned area/task in a timely manner Finish product for shipment (folding, tagging, boxing) Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Verify and process incoming and outgoing shipments Track progress of orders in our production management software Other production/warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in a production environment is a plus Background check and drug screening required Strong attention to detail Ability to stay productive, while working unsupervised At Gameday Spirit, we expect our staff to work as a team with a positive attitude while maintaining a neat appearance. Job Type:

Part-time position, with future opportunity for full-time employment. We generally expect this position to be 20-30 hours per week, with additional hours possible in our peak seasons. Hours of operation are typically Monday-Friday 8a-5p, but we expect our team to be flexible when a varied schedule is needed. Pay will be commensurate to experience and job performance.
