Job Description

Prominent manufacturer in the aluminum industry seeks highly functional, motivated, and career minded full-time 1st Shift Production Lead who wants to learn and grow with our company. Candidate must work well with others in a team environment, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be well organized in a multi-task setting. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our production facility. This role is vital in ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high-quality standards. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for the oversight of a well-experienced production team. Duties include assigning daily priorities to the production team, communication with management on production activities, daily organization/distribution of production documentation, and, at times, assist the team members to complete duties. Operation of a forklift/front-end loader are required at times. Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, and work in an environment that fluctuates with the seasons. Qualifications & Experience Candidate must demonstrate proven experience in factory or manufacturing facility environments with hands-on knowledge of assembly lines and production processes. Warehouse experience is preferred for effective material handling and inventory management skills. Strong work ethic, attendance reliability, and willingness to learn are essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating power tools, hand tools, forklifts, and measuring instruments a plus.
