Hours:
7:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday Get hands-on in a fast-paced warehouse environment where every day is different! As a Rework Associate, you'll inspect, repair, repackage, and move products while operating forklifts, loading and unloading trucks, staging materials, and assisting with special projects like equipment installation. Dont miss this potential to hire opportunity in Olathe, KS. Production Associate/Rework Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform rework on products, parts, and materials according to work instructions
  • Load and unload trucks using proper material handling techniques
  • Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
  • Inspect products for quality and identify defects or damaged items
  • Assemble, disassemble, or repackage products as needed
  • Perform touch-up painting
  • Assist with installing or hanging televisions, projectors, and other equipment as directed
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification preferred or willingness to become certified)
  • Transport materials to designated work areas and storage locations
  • Sweep and clean throughout the facility
Production Associate/Rework Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift and carry parts weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
  • Ability to safely handle parts of various sizes and weights
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and understand work instruction
