Responsibilities Collaborate with the team members to manage the flow of work through the cell, continuously improve, and drive down lead times Safely execute manufacturing operations within the cell (saw, heat treat, lathe, blast/wash, press, weld, mill, material handling, and inspection) Set-up, operate, and maintain equipment in the cell Read and interpret prints, work instructions, and programs Review and release work orders as needed Manage inventory through cycle counts and communicate replenishment needs Train and receive training from teammates on cell processes Requirements Mechanical Aptitude Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday Helpful but not required Familiarity with CNC equipment, robots, machining, and/or welding Benefits 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Profit Sharing Geoprobe Systems® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
