Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by assembling components, operating machinery, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience within manufacturing facilities, demonstrate mechanical proficiency, and uphold safety protocols to contribute to efficient and high-quality production processes. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, including forklifts and power tools. Interpret technical drawings, production documents, and work instructions to assemble products accurately. Use measuring instruments and hand tools to perform precise assembly tasks. Conduct manual handling and heavy lifting as required to move materials and finished products. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing area, adhering to safety standards. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all team members. Assist in managing production schedules and coordinate with team members to meet daily targets. Perform quality checks on assembled components, ensuring compliance with specifications. Document production activities accurately in accordance with manufacturing management procedures. Skills Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in using measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and forklifts. Familiarity with manufacturing management systems and process improvement methodologies such as lean manufacturing. Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions. Experience with assembly line operations, mechanical assembly, and warehouse procedures. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including safety protocol adherence and manual handling techniques. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors. Technical proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment and understanding manufacturing processes.
