We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with machines and has basic mechanical and technical skills. You do not need to be a professional technician, but you should be comfortable using basic hand tools, understanding how equipment works, troubleshooting simple problems, and performing minor repairs or adjustments when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Operate professional DTF printing equipment
• Prepare and manage daily print jobs
• Monitor print quality throughout production
• Perform daily and routine printer maintenance
• Clean printheads and other printer components as required
• Identify and troubleshoot basic printing or mechanical issues
• Make basic machine adjustments and minor repairs when necessary
• Learn proper printer calibration and maintenance procedures
• Keep equipment and the production area clean and organized
• Follow production schedules and company procedures
• Help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

Ideal Candidate:

• Basic mechanical/technical ability
• Comfortable using screwdrivers, wrenches, and other basic hand tools
• Good problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to notice print quality problems

• Previous experience with printers, production equipment, machinery, electronics, maintenance, automotive work, or similar hands-on work is a plus What is more important to us is that you are dependable, willing to learn, comfortable working with equipment, and capable of handling basic technical or mechanical problems.
