Job Summary Fat Calf Brasserie is hiring a Food Manufacturing Associate to support food preparation, production, packaging, and kitchen operations. This role helps ensure food products are prepared safely, efficiently, and consistently while maintaining cleanliness, quality, and food safety standards. Common Job Roles Food Manufacturing Associate Food Production Associate Food Processing Worker Food Production Team Member Food Preparation Associate Key Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, processing, portioning, and packaging Follow recipes, production instructions, and quality standards Measure and organize ingredients accurately Operate basic food preparation and production equipment safely Package, label, and store food products according to company procedures Inspect food products for quality, appearance, and proper packaging Maintain clean and organized production, kitchen, and storage areas Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Restock ingredients, packaging materials, and production supplies Support team members during busy production periods Perform additional food production duties assigned by management Requirements Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads Preferred Skills Experience in food production, commercial kitchens, or food processing Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to use basic kitchen or food production equipment Strong organizational and time management skills Good teamwork and communication abilities Willingness to learn and follow established production standards About the Company Fat Calf Brasserie is a food-focused hospitality business dedicated to quality preparation, attentive service, and a welcoming dining experience.
