2nd = 3:30pm•12:00am/ M-F SUMMARY Join our team in an entry-level production role supporting multiple manufacturing process areas, including cleaning, coating/cutting, film application, exposure, and development operations. This position is ideal for candidates looking for straightforward, hands-on work that is easy to learn and pick up quickly . No prior manufacturing experience is required , and full paid training is provided . The role involves following established procedures, maintaining quality standards, and working independently after training . We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy learning new skills , staying productive, and working in a structured environment. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking stable, rewarding work with easy-to-learn responsibilities and a supportive team environment . Most employees become comfortable with the job quickly and are able to work confidently on their own after training. Job Requirements Willing to learn new skills and work independently. Ability to perform hands-on production work requiring hand dexterity. Ability to work in environments that may involve required PPE (apron, shoe covers, safety goggles). Ability to work in a heat/pressure room and clean room environment as assigned. Ability to support multiple process areas. Job Responsibilities Perform cleaning department tasks to prepare parts for downstream processing Support coating/cut operations, including work performed in heat/pressure room and clean room environments Perform exposure operations by applying film to parts per process requirements to create required shapes/dimensions Perform develop operations by removing resist material per work instructions Wear required PPE and follow safety requirements for assigned process areas Maintain work area organization and follow standard work instructions for each process step
