Job Description
Production Assistant Gluten-Free Artisan Bakery Concord, MA (moving to Westwood soon) Full-time, part-time considered $18-22/hourLucky Stars Bakehouse is a dedicated gluten-free bakery making breads, cookies and bars from our own proprietary flour blends. We're small, growing fast, and looking for a Production Assistant to work alongside our Head Baker.
You'll help bake the daily line, keep ingredients and inventory stocked, fill out production and food-safety records, package and label product, and make local wholesale deliveries.
You need: care and consistency (measure accurately, label correctly, write it down), reliability, comfort with early mornings, a valid license and reliable car for deliveries (mileage reimbursed), and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Kitchen or bakery experience preferred we'll train the right person. ServSafe Food Handler required within 30 days; we'll cover it.
You get: real training in gluten-free artisan baking, a ground-floor role at a business still being built, and room to grow into a baker as we scale.
