Key Responsibilities As an Automotive Production Associate, you will help manufacture high-quality automotive components while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Your daily responsibilities may include:

Assemble automotive parts according to production specifications. Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and power tools in a safe and efficient manner. Inspect components throughout the production process to verify quality standards are met. Read and follow work instructions, production documents, and assembly procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Transport materials and finished products throughout the production area as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and quality goals. Follow all company safety policies, manufacturing standards, and operating procedures. Communicate equipment malfunctions, production concerns, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications Successful candidates will possess:

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or a factory environment preferred. Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. A dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable attendance. The ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. The ability to lift and move materials as required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
