Responsible for the professional documentation and support of the Engineering document, data, and electronic files control system. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program. Maintains hard copies and files for Production Monitoring Compiles OEE Monthly Data Administrative Support for Maintenance Systems Creates Job books for Production Runs. Back up for Front Office Administrative Assistant. Monitor and/or maintains Customer shipment entry and subcontracting entry Monitor and/or maintains TEAM Bin Tracker and

Bin Tracker Monitor and/or maintains TEAM Material ID Tag and

TEAM WIP

Material ID Tag Maintains Time and Expense Entry Demonstrate commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and Objectives. Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Minimum Requirements Education & Experience :

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Manufacturing experience preferred.
