HiveMind Beverage is a small, family operated beverage manufacturing company located in Bolivar, Missouri. We co-pack canned drinks from sodas, energy drinks, teas, and everything in between. We take pride in our clean, efficient, and safety-first production environment. We're currently seeking a motivated individual to join our production team and grow with us.
Job Summary:
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring and recording product quality, packaging finished goods, preparing ingredients and supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. You will be expected to perform a wide range of tasks that will vary each day, from folding trays to stacking case to labeling container to cleaning equipment and the facility or any other task the floor manager assigns to you. This role is essential to ensure that our products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Work Environment:
A production worker will be standing on their feet and walking for nearly their entire shift. The ambient temperature and humidity can get very high, especially during the peak summer months . The job is fast paced and demands multitasking throughout the entire shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate canning, mixing, labeling, or packaging machines. Monitor production lines and quickly address any issues. Perform quality checks as needed. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Label, pack, and prepare finished products for shipment. Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork. Assist in cleaning equipment and work areas during downtime. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Operate forklifts as needed for material handling within the facility.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous food production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP standards, and food safety practices is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues. Experience in sanitation processes within a food processing environment is beneficial. Basic math skills are essential for accurate measurement and reporting. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs overhead. Ability to endure high temperature work environment (it gets very hot inside during the summer). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Dependable, punctual, and a team player. Take initiative as a self-starter. Reliable transportation.
