Job Description Job Description We're seeking a Team Lead Supervisor to join the team in Kansas City, MO! In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities as they perform light assembly and packaging tasks. You'll provide hands-on guidance, training, and encouragement to help each team member reach their full potential while ensuring production quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Motivate, coach, and model production tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency standards Provide protective oversight through positive reinforcement, support, and patience Assist with line setups and workstation adjustments to optimize performance and efficiency Ensure quality and production standards are consistently met Accurately record labor, production, and quality data using a laptop device Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding progress, behaviors, and incidents Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Uphold company policies, procedures, and attendance standards Participate in company-provided training and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

High school diploma required; college education preferred Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor Reliable, trustworthy, and able to lead by example Basic computer literacy required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Full-time schedule:
