CPC Missouri is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to join our team. Position Summary The Operations Support Associate provides administrative and clerical support to the manufacturing facility's business office and production team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate operational records, processing production and shipping documentation, supporting order entry and billing functions, and ensuring the timely flow of information throughout the facility. The Operations Support Associate plays an important role in keeping daily operations organized and running efficiently. What You'll Do Enter customer orders into company systems. Process shipping paperwork and production documentation. Submit invoices and bills for payment. Maintain accurate operational records and reports. Provide administrative support to the facility's business office. Work closely with production, shipping, and management to keep daily operations running smoothly. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Administrative or clerical experience preferred. Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Manufacturing or production experience is a strong plus! Why Join Our Team?
